Returns are accepted within 7 business days after receiving the order only if:
The product has manufacturing defects
The product was damaged upon arrival
The wrong product was sent
Contact client service before returning any item. A replacement or full refund will be arranged upon inspection.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method; shipping costs are non-refundable.

Very bad costumer service! Ordered products over a month ago and have still not received my shipment nor do I know when it is going to arrive. My emails are left unresponded and this has been very frustrating! First and last order from this company!
