Orders placed before 12:00 CET are shipped the same day, while those placed after this time are shipped the next business day.
If an item is out of stock, dispatch may take 3–5 working days. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Delivery typically takes up to 7 business days, handled by a Portuguese international express carrier.

Cosmo Direct Supply may fulfill certain orders through partner facilities outside Portugal due to global trade restrictions. Tracking updates may take several days to appear.
We are not responsible for delays, incorrect addresses, or changes during transit.

For international shipments, the buyer is considered the importer and is responsible for all local import duties or taxes upon arrival.
If your order is held by customs, please contact your local customs office to release or return the shipment.
Refunds are issued only after returned packages are received by Cosmo Direct Supply — seized goods are not refundable.

Returns are accepted within 7 business days after receiving the order only if:

• The product has manufacturing defects

• The product was damaged upon arrival

• The wrong product was sent

Contact client service before returning any item. A replacement or full refund will be arranged upon inspection.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method; shipping costs are non-refundable.
Please allow up to 30 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
